The Mini Recycler is an inexpensive, quick, low volume asphalt recycler. It is ideal for heating low volumes of asphalt. The HDE Mini Recycler can produce up to 2 ton of asphalt in an 8 hour day at temperatures below -15 C ( 5 F ) with a operating cost of less than 1.50 per hour, all while filling potholes!
The HDE P200 will heat up and soften a localized area of the surface course asphalt so that it can be re-worked and compacted to eliminate the surface deterioration. The highly efficient infrared heaters can soften the asphalt to original mixing temperatures in 5 to 10 minutes, making repair of an asphalt surface effective and economical.
Potholes, surface cracks, bad joints, segregation, bird baths, catch basins, and man holes can be economically repaired with minimal time expended and minor traffic re-routing throughout the year.
